RUNNER PRODUCTION SYSTEM

In terms of material processing, metal die-casting & stamping, surface treatment, assembly and packaging, NINGBO RUNNER has achieved high automation and formed a full-process layout. For covering each link of the improvement proposals, cross-departmental RIT (Runner Improve Team) improvement activities and cross-system or cross-company large-scale projects, it has built its management system Runner Production System (RPS) for with RUNNER characteristics and the goal of "high efficiency, high quality and intelligence" through process optimization and intelligent transformation.

01 FORMING PLATFORM

NINGBO RUNNER has been committed to research of plastic molding equipment and process control. It provides independent solutions for mold design, die-cast forming and surface treatment technology and full-automatic production of third-hand machinery (ladlers, sprayers and extractors), multi-station continuous production and non-conflicting continuous production, achieving unmanned and automated operation basically and close to production mode of industrial stage 3.0.

03 HIGHLY SELF-MADE MOLD AND ASSEMBLY

NINGBO RUNNER has the dust-free assembly workshop and use advanced automatic and semi-automatic equipment for packaging and assembly in order to realize effective combination of manpower and machinery. Meanwhile, Weilin is capable of developing tools and fixtures and integrates R&D, design, manufacture, assembly and testing of tooling and fixtures in one.
